Kidtime Christian Academy and local families are partnering together to support the fundraising efforts to support improvement for Hamilton Park.
The park is maintained by the Town of Hamilton. Many of the local families use the park on a regular basis. As a small preschool, Kidtime wants to help bring awareness to the community at large and help make a positive difference for the children and families that use that park.
According to George Pitera, Director of Business Development at Kidtime, one of the school's core values is to contribute to the community, and once a quarter, it sponsors a free Parent’s Night Out for the families of its enrolled students.
"Our free quarterly Parents Night Out fundraiser is a great opportunity for parents to take a break, catch on things, go to a movie, or grab dinner in downtown Purcellville. In return, we usually ask for a voluntary contribution which goes directly towards one of our charities and KCA is matching up to $500," said Pitera.
It’s a start, says Pitera, but it's their hope that all families, local businesses and organizations in western Loudoun will partner with them and consider making a small charitable contribution to support Hamilton Park’s improvements and expansion which will benefit the health and active lifestyles of the children and families in our community.
